Marquee Brands, which manages such glamorous names as Martha Stewart and Bruno Magli, is on the move.
The company just signed a new office lease for 27,811 square feet at Vornado’s 330 W. 34th St., where it will move from 601 W. 26th St., the Starrett-Lehigh Building.
JLL’s Mitchell Konsker, Alexander Chudnoff, Benjamin Bass and Harrison Potter represented the tenant, while Vornado was repped in-house by Josh Glick and Jared Silverman.

Bass said that Marquee needed a new office “for its growing organization following its acquisition of the Martha Stewart and Emeril Lagasse brand.” The asking rent was $90 per square foot.
Manhattan’s office market showed strength downtown and weakness farther north, according to Colliers’ August Market Snapshot.
Year-over-year leasing declined by 30.8 percent overall. In Midtown, it fell by 42.3 percent and, in Midtown South, by 31.4 percent.
But it was a different story downtown, where leasing was up 35.4 percent year-over-year. Downtown activity was driven by coworking deals, highlighted by Knotel’s 84,000 square feet at 195 Broadway and WeWork’s 56,000 square feet at 83 Maiden Lane.
