Trust me, you do not need such kind of negativity in your life when you have everything else to deal with. Your sanity is a priority and people should know where to draw the line. Do no take everything they have to say, they are unable to handle you as a person. Simple.
2. Energy Vampires
Um, no, this is not some supernatural sitcom mindlessly blabbing about paranormal world, I am talking about people who have a knack of draining other people out by just being in the same place. They are immensely negative people and they wouldn’t let you live in peace. They would incessantly talk and waste your time and energy. By the end of the conversation, you will not just be exhausted but would feel immensely drained out too. Identify such people in your life, increase your awareness and just find your own tranquillity by letting them know, you don’t want to keep any contacts with them.

I understand that there are people we choose to keep in our life despite knowing in our hearts we mean nothing to them. It’s time for you to wake up and let such people go. They are definitely the most interesting of the lot and the most toxic too. These are the people (or a person) in your life who necessarily has to become the victim no matter what the situation. They simply refuse to take the responsibility and easily turn the blame on you. Whether they are wrong or right, it has to end up in a big drama and all you do in the end is look from left to right, confused as to what on earth just happened? Dear friend, wake up, they are habitual victims, even if they nearly kill you, they will put the blame on you and act as if nothing ever happened.
